The upload history is a record of patient appointment activity that has uploaded from your practice management system to Patient Engage. If this feed stops, Patient Engage will not have any updated appointment information to report or respond to.
Using Patient Engage, you can view your upload history of practice management data.
To view the upload history
2. From the Dentrix Hub toolbar, click Settings.
3. Under Connect, click History.
If your portal is receiving uploads, the figures in the Records column fluctuate slightly.
