Patient Engage Web Browser Requirements

For the best experience, your office and patients should use the latest version of the following browsers:

·        Safari version 16 or above (not on iPhone OS)

·        Firefox (version 114 or higher)

Patient Engage Live

To use Patient Engage Live, you must be using a 64-bit processor and running one of the following 64-bit operating systems:

·        Windows version 8 or higher

·        Mac version O Sierra (10.12.3) or higher

Patient Engage Mobile

To use Patient Engage Mobile, you must be running one of the following mobile operating systems:

·        iOS version 13 or higher

·        Android version 9 or higher

Patient Engage Hardware Requirements

Follow the hardware requirements for your practice management software:

·        Dentrix (24.6 and later)

Note: Online forms supports synching forms responses to Dentrix.  For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Dentrix.
