on the Navigation bar.You can search for text messages by content, and only the text messages that meet the search criteria will appear in the list.
To search text messages
1. In
Patient Engage Live, click the Two-way Text button
on the Navigation bar.
2. At the top of the list in the Search box, type the text that you want to find.
3. Press Enter.
The text conversations that match your search criteria appear.
Note: You can click a conversation to view all text messages from that sender.
