Using Patient Engage Mobile, you can search for specific patients, view their patient information, view their communication preferences, contact them, and much more.
To search for patients
1. Log in to Patient Engage Mobile.
2. Tap the Patients icon at the bottom of your screen.
3. Browse your list of patients or type their name on the search bar, and tap their name to view the Patient Profile.
Note: You can also search by phone number or email address.
In the Patient Details you will see:
· Action buttons - You can use these to call, email, or text your patient.
Note: You will also be able to use the secure messaging feature if it is available in your portal.
· Patient Details - Gender, date of birth, address, and phone numbers.
Note: If the patient has more than one number, you will be able to select the number you want to call.
· Details - Appointment history and notes.
· Communication history - From here you can use these options:
· Send Welcome Text & Email - You will be able to send or resend welcome communications so your patients/clients can be opted in
· Patient communications - Will show you all communications received by this patient/client
· Two-way Texts - Shows the history of all the texts exchanged between your office and the patient/client
· Secure Messaging - If this feature is available for your portal, you will be able to see all secure messages exchanged between your office and the patient
· Preferences - Communication preferences show you the types of communications your patient/client is currently opted in to receive.
Note: You will be able to manage your patient/client communications from your Demandforce in-browser portal.
