You can search for and filter the online form responses to make it easier to find a specific response.
To search the online form responses
2. In the main navigation pane on the left, click Communications.
3. Under Communications, click Online Forms.
4. Click the chevron symbol, and then click Responses.
5. In the top right corner, click the Search icon.
6. In the Search box, type the form response name you want to find.
7. Press Enter.
8. From the selections that appear, click the desired form to view its detail.
To filter the online forms
2. In the main navigation pane on the left, click Communications.
3. Under Communications, click Online Forms.
4. Click the chevron symbol, and then click Responses.
5. In the top right corner, click the Filter icon.
6. From the filter menu, select which online forms you want to include in the list.
