Rescheduling an appointment request

There will be times when you'll need to reschedule an appointment request.

To reschedule an appointment request

1.   Click the Appointment Requests button on the Navigation bar.

2.   From the options menu ( in the top-right corner) of the appointment request that you want to reschedule, click Reschedule.

The Request Details appear.

3.   Select the new appointment date from the calendar.

4.   In the New Time box, enter the new appointment time, and then select AM or PM.

5.   In the Comment box, enter additional comments or messaging.

6.   Click Send.
