Marking a form response as Read or Unread

When viewing online forms responses, you can mark responses as either Read or Unread to help office staff understand which responses may still require follow-up.

To mark a forms response as Read or Unread

1.   Log in to Patient Engage.

2.   In the main navigation pane on the left, click Communications.

3.   Under Communications, click Online Forms.

4.   Click the chevron symbol, and then click Responses.

5.   Select the check box next to the form response you want to mark, and then click Bulk Actions.

6.   From the menu, click Mark as Read or Mark as Unread.

An Unread forms response has a blue dot next to the check box.
