If you love a particular patient review and want to draw attention to it on your practice profile page and/or your practice website, you can "feature" it so it stays at the top of your reviews. The process is different depending on whether you are using RepBoost.
To feature a review if you have RepBoost
2. Click Reputation Management.
3. Under Reputation Management, click Reputation Tracker.
4. Click Reviews.
5. Click Featured above the review you would like to feature.
The featured review appears first on the list, where your patients are likeliest to notice it.
To stop featuring the review, clear the Featured selection or feature another review instead.

Flagged
· Flagging a review or survey keeps it at the top of the "unread reviews" list within your portal so that you can quickly access it at a later time.
· If flagged, a review/survey will remain at the top of the section until you clear the flag or mark it as read.
· If you flag more than one review/survey, the most recently flagged one will be shown at the top.
· When you mark a flagged review/survey as read, it's moved into the "Read" section based on the date it was submitted.
· Flagging and unflagging is internal only and is not reflected on the Business Profile page or anywhere else that Reviews are displayed outside of the portal.
Featured
· When you feature a review/survey, you are choosing to display it publicly, at the top of your Business Profile page.
