You can delete any online forms you no longer need to use.
To delete online forms
2. In the main navigation pane on the left, click Communications.
3. Under Communications, click Online Forms.
4. Click the chevron symbol, and then click Form Manager.
5. In the top right corner, click the List View icon to change to that view:
6. On the left, select the check box next to each form you want to delete.
7. On
the right, click the 
icon,
and then click the Delete icon to delete the selected forms.
