Deleting a conversation (Live)

You can delete text message conversations so they no longer appear in your inbox.

To delete a conversation

1.  Click the Two-way Text button on the Navigation bar.

2.   From the options menu ( in the top-right corner) of the text message that you want to delete and click Delete.

The conversation is removed from the text message inbox until the patient replies or communicates with your office via text in the future.
