You can confirm appointments in Patient Engage Live, and the confirmation is updated in all other areas of Patient Engage.
To confirm an appointment
1. Click the Weekly Appointments button on the Navigation bar.
2. From the options button ( in the top-right corner) of the appointment you want to confirm, click Confirm.
A green banner with a note appears at the top, indicating that your selection is confirmed.
Note: Once you confirm an appointment in Patient Engage Live, the confirmation appears in Patient Engage and the Patient Engage Mobile app.
