Changing the date range of form responses

You can change the date range to show only the online form responses that fall within a specified date range.

To change the date range

1.   Log in to Patient Engage.

2.   In the main navigation pane on the left, click Communications.

3.   Under Communications, click Online Forms.

4.   Click the chevron symbol, and then click Form Manager.

5.   In the top right corner, click the date range icon or box.

6.   In the left (From) calendar, navigate to and select the start date.

7.   In the right (To) calendar, navigate to and select the end date.

8.   Click Apply.
