Campaigns and promotions are a great way to stay in front of your patients throughout the year. Adding an image to your newsletter or promotional campaigns makes them more visually interesting and helps them get noticed.
Tip: Don't add too many images in your campaign. Too many images can overwhelm email servers and potentially prevent your campaign from being delivered.
To add a picture or photo to a campaign
1. While designing your email campaign, place your insertion point where you want the image to appear, and then click the Add an Image icon from the toolbar.
2. Do one of the following to add the image:
· Browse and upload a picture or photo from your computer or website
· Selecting an image from the portal image gallery
· Drag the
image into the Email window in your portal, as shown here:
Notes:
§ If the image is too large or too small, Patient Engage will automatically resize it to 323 pixels. This ensures an optimal viewing experience for mobile devices. Changing it will risk distorting the image when patients view it on their mobile devices.
§ Currently, Internet Explorer 9 does not support the drag-and-drop option. Upgrade to Chrome, Firefox, or the latest version of Internet Explorer to use this feature.
The image you select appears in the window.
4. Click OK.
The image will then appear in your campaign.
