Adding an appointment note

You can add a note to an appointment.

To add an appointment note

1.   Click the Weekly Appointments button on the Navigation bar.

2.   Click an appointment

The Weekly Appointment Details appear.

Tip: Alternatively, to add a note for an unconfirmed appointment, from the options menu ( in the top-right corner) of the appointment, click Add Note.

3.   Under Appointment Notes, enter the note that you want to include with the appointment.

4.   Click Save.
