As appointment requests appear, you must accept them and then manually add them your practice management program's schedule.
To accept an appointment request
1. Click
the Appointment Requests button
on the Navigation bar.
2. From
the options menu ( in the top-right corner) of the
appointment request you want to accept, click Accept.
Note: Alternatively, to accept a request, double-click an appointment request to open the Request Details page, and then click Accept at the bottom of the panel.
