Adding comments to letters

You can add a comment to a letter when you print, export, e-mail, or save it if a certain preference setting is turned on. According to certain preference settings, a copy of the letter and its associated comment may be sent to the Document Center; if so, you can view the comment from there. Also for the copying of a letter to a patient's Document Center to occur, that patient's Patient Information Center must be open before printing, exporting, e-mailing, or saving the letter.
