System / demo mode setup

Only a Customer Support Representative or a Trainer can access the system/demo mode setup to get the program out of demonstration mode and activate any add-on features your office has purchased.

·        Demonstration Mode - To control the demo mode status and specify the number of times users can log on while the program is running in demo mode.

·        Concurrent Users - To enter the number of concurrent database connections the program allows. This is not the same as the number of licenses Sybase allows.

·        License Expiration - To control the expiration of the licenses for OMSVision and ClinicalVision.

·        TeamLinks - To enable and configure TeamLinks integration.

·        HL7 Import - To enable and configure HL7 integration.

·        834 Import - To enable manually importing patient data into OMSVision to update the list of pre-registered patients.

·        Customer Identification - To enter the customer account number.

·        iConfident - To enable and configure iConfident integration.

·        ePrescribe (e-Rx) - To enable and configure ePrescribe integration.

·        EndoVision CHART - To enable the EndoVision Chart.

·        Microsoft Word Connection - To enable the Microsoft Word Connection feature.

·        WebConnect - To enable WebConnect integration.

·        Preregistration Connection - To enable and configure Preregistration Connection integration.

·        Virtual Scan Form - To enable Virtual Scan Forms.

·        Implant Tracking Module - To enable the Implant Tracking Module.

·        Digital Signature Capture Tool - To enable the Digital Signature Capture Tool.

·        Provider Availability System - To enable preferred exam providers for treatment plans.

·        Narratives - To enable EHR narratives.

·        EHR - To enable the EHR module.

·        PBHS Collaborator - To enable and configure PBHS Collaborator integration.
