Reserved codes

The program reserves the following codes, which should not be added to fee schedules:

·        Codes 000001- 000020 are used to charge out broken appointments, finance charges, and so forth. Your fee code may not work properly if it begins with one of the reserved numbers 000001 - 000099.

·        Code 009998 is used to type narratives on insurance forms.

·        Code 009999 is used to type notes that appear in patients' ledgers.
