Printing options

You can change your printer's attributes and print a report.

To print a report

1.   From the list of available printers, select the desired printer that you want to print the report to.

2.   Set up printing preferences for the selected printer:

a.   Click Setup.

The Print Setup dialog box appears.

b.   Set up any of the following options:

·        Enter the number of Copies of the report to print (the default is 1).

·        Select a Label Format. The Label Format list is unavailable if the report cannot be printed in a label format.

·        Under Page Range, click one of the following options:

·        All - To print all the pages of the report.

·        Current Page - To print only the page you are currently viewing.

·        Pages - To print only the pages you indicate. Type the desired page numbers and/or page ranges separated by commas and/or dashes, respectively.

·        Select Print one page at a time to print one page at a time. The printing of the report pauses in between each page and waits for user input to print the next page.

·        Select Collate Copies to collate the report when printed.

·        Select Color Printing to print the report in color, if you have a color printer.

·        From the Range list, select the desired pages in the page range.

·        From the Orientation list, select the desired page orientation.

·        From the Paper Size list, select the desired paper size.

·        From the Paper Source list, select the desired input paper tray on the printer.

·        From the Quality list, select the desired print quality.

c.   Click Ok to save any changes.

3.   Select Save to save your printer selection and printer setup options. The Save check box is unavailable if you have not made any printer or printer setup changes since the last time you viewed the print preview of a report.

4.   Click Print to print the report.
