Deposit Slip

You can print a bank deposit slip. The top portion of the deposit slip includes the practice name, the date range, and the bank account number. The credit card receipts can be printed separately by selecting Separate credit card receipts.

Credit card transactions are grouped by type and sub-totalled on the deposit slip; each type of credit card has a separate line with an amount that corresponds to the dollar amount of the credit card transactions for that credit card type; also, below the break down of credit card payments by type is the sum of the dollar amounts of all the credit card types.

You can create or change payment types and payment category names in the Payment Types window.
