Adding and editing removed implant items
To remove an item from the Implant Current Inventory table, you add that item to the Implant Removed table. You can add and edit an implant item that has been removed from inventory as needed.
To add or edit a removed implant
1. Do one of the following:
· From the File menu, point to Implants > Implant Inventory, and then click Removed from Inventory. The Implant Removed Table window appears.
· In the Implant Center, on the Inventory tab, click the Removed From Inventory tab.
2. Do one of the following:
· To remove an item from the on-hand inventory, click Add.
· To edit an existing removed item, select an item that was already removed, and then click Edit.
The Edit Implant Removed dialog box appears.
3. Select the on-hand Item that is to be removed from the current inventory. The Location, Lot, Quantity, and Expiration Date are displayed for your reference.
4. Under To Be Removed, set up the following options:
· Quantity - Enter the quantity of the removed item.
· Reason - Select the reason for the removal of the item from inventory.
· Comments - Type any comments regarding the removal of item from inventory.
5. Click OK.
