Viewing the Treatment Summary

A summary of completed treatment cases is displayed in the Treatment Summary section of EHR with the date, item, value, and any comments.

Note: Select the All Anesthesia/Analgesia check box to view anesthesia entries for all dates displayed in the Treatment Summary section instead of for only the selected date.

The section provides the following buttons:

·        Tx - To manage treatment data and treatment templates for the case.

·        EHR Narratives - To manage and review EHR narratives.

·        Progress Notes - To open a patient's progress notes in the Patient Information Center.
