Deleting narrative categories

You can delete a narrative category at any time. Any narrative assigned to that category are not deleted.

To delete a narrative category

1.   In the EHR Narratives window, do one of the following:

·        To add a new narrative template, click Add .

·        To edit an existing narrative template, select a narrative template, and then click Edit .

The EHR Narrative Edit window appears.

2.   From the File menu, click Open Template.

The Narrative Templates Table window appears.

3.   Click Categories.

The Narrative Categories window appears.

4.   Select the category that you want to delete.

5.   Click Delete.

A confirmation message appears.

6.   Click Yes.
