Viewing structured visit notes and signatures

For any note in the Notes: List section of the hard tissue chart and periodontal chart, you can view the entire note and any provider signatures.

To view a note and signatures

1.   Click a note's View link.

The Visit Note View dialog box appears.

2.   To view any attached signatures, click Show Signatures, and then click Close.

3.   Click Close.
