Reviewing structured visit notes by provider

A provider can access structural visit notes from within your .

To review a structured visit note

1.   From the File menu, point to Providers, and then click Providers Table.

The Provider Table window appears.

2.   Select a provider, and then click CV Notes.

The Structured Visit Notes dialog box appears.

3.   Double-click an unsigned note to open ClinicalVision to view and sign the note for that visit.
