Printing a periodontal exam

You can print the periodontal exam currently being viewed.

Note: The default print options can be set up in the Settings dialog box.

To print an exam

1.   From the periodontal chart, on the Task pane, view the exam you want to print.

2.   From the Chart menu, click Print.

The Print Chart dialog box appears.

3.   Select the options that correspond to the information you want to include:

·        Perio Chart - Prints the graphic chart.

·        Tables - Prints the numerical chart.

·        Pocket Chart - Prints the graphical and numerical charts.

·        General Notes - Prints general patient notes.

·        Tooth Notes - Prints notes associated with a tooth.

4.   Click Preview to generate a print preview of the report, or click Print to send the report to the printer.

Tip: If you click the Print button in the Print Chart dialog box, you will not be able to select which pages to print, but you will be able to print the entire document. To select which pages to print, click Preview, and then click the Print icon in the top left corner.
