Deleting structured visit notes

You can delete a structured visit note that has not been locked.

To delete a structured visit note

1.   In the hard tissue chart or periodontal chart, click a note's Delete link. This option is available only if the note is not locked.

A confirmation message appears.

2.   Click Yes.
