Updating AutoReminder statuses
You can update the status of AutoReminders for a specified date and by provider and/or column.
To update the statuses
1. In the Appointment Book, from the Tools button menu, point to AutoRemind, and then click Update AutoReminder Status.
The Update Status of AutoReminders dialog box appears.
2. Enter a Date Range, select the Providers, and select the Columns.
3. Click OK.
