Exporting the schedule
You can export the schedule to TeleVox.
To export the schedule
1. In the Appointment Book, from the Tools button menu, point to TeleVox, and then click Export Schedule.
The TeleVox dialog box appears.
2. Enter a Date Range, select the Providers, and select the Columns.
3. Click OK.
