The Anesthesia/Analgesia Report shows patients' names, dates the drugs were administered, starting and ending times the drugs were administered, drug names, amounts administered, delivery methods, and gauges of needles used.

To run the EHR report

From the Report menu, point to EHR, and then click Anesthesia/Analgesia.

The Anesthesia/Analgesia Report dialog box appears.

Set up how you want to filter the reports using the standard report filter tabs.

On the Anesthetic Types tab, select ALL to include all anesthetic types. To include specific types, clear All, and then select the types.

Under Group by, select if you want to group the report information by Patient, by Date, or by Anesthetic.

Select Include Inactive Patients to include inactive patients on the report.

Click OK.
