Logon preferences
You can set up preferences for logging on to the program.
To set the preferences for logging on
From the Utilities menu, click Preferences.
The Preferences dialog box appears.
On the Program tab, set up the following logon options:
WorkStation - Enter a unique workstation number (up to four digits) for this computer. The number should not conflict with another computer on your office's network. The workstation number is initially set during the installation of the program.
Location - Select the location you want to log on to by default.
Window to open upon log-on - Select which window you want to have open automatically each time you log on to the program: None, Patient Lookup, Appointment Book, In-Office Status, Pre-Registration, Insurance Profiles, Referrers, or Time Clock. The window you select will open when you log on to the program unless you change the selection in the Open To list in the Logon dialog box. Changing the selection in the Logon dialog box affects the selection in the Preferences dialog box and vice versa.
Click Ok.
