Deleting progress notes

You can delete a progress note at any time if the note is not locked.

To delete a note

On the Notes tab, click the Progress Notes side tab.

Select the progress note that you want to delete. You cannot delete a locked progress note.

Click the Delete button .

A confirmation message appears.

Click Yes.
