Please refer to the current CDT Dental Procedure Codes manual from the ADA for full information about the procedure codes.

You can update or reset the procedure code descriptions for all of your procedure codes by selecting the update/reset option when you install the update. You should not select this option if you have customized your procedure code descriptions and want to keep your customizations.

The standard ADA-CDT Dental Codes are grouped into the following categories: Diagnostic; Preventive; Restorative; Endodontics; Periodontics; Prosthodontics, Removable; Maxillofacial Prosthetics; Implant Services; Prosthodontics, Fixed; Oral Surgery; Orthodontics; Adjunctive General Services; and Conditions.
