Setting Up Template Permissions

You can specify the minimum access levels that are required for a user in OMSVision to be able to add, edit, and delete structured visit note templates in ClinicalVision.

To set up template permissions

From the Tools menu, click SVN Templates Permissions.

The Structured Visit Note Templates Permissions dialog box appears.

Set up the following options:

Add Template Permission - The minimum access level that a user must have to add a template.

Note: OMSVision Customer Support is not responsible for determining the access levels offices need to define for each software feature in order to maintain proper security and HIPAA compliance. Each office is responsible for their own security policy and HIPAA compliance.

Edit Template Permission - The minimum access level that a user must have to edit a template.

Delete Template Permission - The minimum access level that a user must have to delete a template.

Click OK.
