Updating AutoReminder statuses

You can update the status of AutoReminders for a specified date and by provider and/or column.

To update the statuses

In the Appointment Book, from the Tools button menu, point to AutoRemind, and then click Update AutoReminder Status.

The Update Status of AutoReminders dialog box appears.

Enter a Date Range, select the Providers, and select the Columns.

Click OK.
