The Schedule Statistics Report is an overview of the schedule statistics, showing how full your schedule is for for the next four weeks, broken down by provider. This report displays the scheduled units, amount of production, amount of production per unit, number of appointments, and number of new patient appointments for each provider for each week on the report. You can use this report to accomplish the following tasks:

Track a provider's open time to help the staff identify where to fill in the schedule for a particular week.

Track how appointments are being scheduled.

Monitor the number of Total Potential Hours for each provider verses the Scheduled Hours.

To view the statistics

In the Appointment Book, from the printer button menu, click Schedule Stats.
