The End of Day (EOD) module provides you with a snapshot outlining your practice's daily performance. You can view past performance data or default to the current day. You can also use the End of Day (EOD) report as a communication and accountability tool between the office staff and management or as an automated reporting tool.
The Month To Date section includes:
· Office MTD Adjust Production vs Goal – Month to date adjusted production or net production divided by the monthly goal multiplied by 100.
· Office MTD Collections vs Goal – Month to date collections divided by the monthly goal multiplied by 100.
· Net Production – Net production in dollars for the current month to date.
· Gross Production – Gross production in dollars for the current month to date.
· Adjustment – Total adjustments in dollars from the beginning of the month to the selected day.
· Collection – Total collections in dollars from the beginning of the month to the selected day.
· New Patients – Total of new patients from the beginning of the month to the selected day.
· Hygiene Patients – Total hygiene appointments from the beginning of the month to the selected day.
· Total Patients – Total patient visits from the beginning of the month to the selected day.
The Office Goals section includes the following:
· Monthly Production Goal – Total production goal in dollars and set in the Configuration module.
· Scheduled Production – Total scheduled production in dollars for the selected month.
· Production (Sched. Prod. Included) Needed to Achieve Goal – The monthly production goal in dollars minus the sum of actual production and scheduled production for the selected month.
· Production Needed to Achieve Goal – The monthly production goal minus the month to date production.
· Remaining Days to EOM (End of Month) – The number of scheduled working days left in the month.
· Projected Daily Production to Meet Goal – Actual production minus the monthly goal divided by the number of working days left in the selected month.
· Insurance Verification Errors – An editable field that you can use to document the number of verification errors for the selected day.
