Using the Dashboard, you can view your practice's performance over time in any date range you select. You can select preset date ranges, such as this week, last week, this month, or last month. Or, you can select a custom date range from the calendar.
To open the Dashboard
1. Open Jarvis Analytics, and then click the Dashboard tab.
The Dashboard appears displaying your financial data for the current month.
Note: The default date range displays data starting with the first day of the month through the current date.
2. To view patient data, go to the Patient Data table.
Note: The New Patient Visits metric represents the total number of new patient visits within the designated date range. The Existing Patient Visits metric represents the total number of patients (excluding new patients) with an associated procedure within the designated date range. To view a breakdown of each metric, click the corresponding More Info icon.
3. To view provider data, go to the Provider Data table.
The Provider Data table includes data by provider, per working day, per patient visit, and per procedure.
4. To view more detail, click the Metrics tab.
