If you have any questions or require assistance installing the software, please contact our Support department at (800) 323-3370, option 2. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:15 am - 7:00 pm Eastern Time.
To avoid office downtime, allow adequate time to perform the upgrade on the computers in your office during support hours in case you require assistance from a support technicians.
