Insurance Conversion

You can convert insurance balances to patient balances using a utility.

To convert balances

1.   From the Report menu, point to Insurance, and then click Convert Balances.

A message appears and prompts you to confirm that you want to run the conversion.

2.   Click Yes to continue.

A message appears and asks if you want to create ledger entries in patient Ledgers.

3.   Click Yes to create the entries for affected patients to record the conversions, No to not create entries automatically after the conversion, or Cancel not to run the conversion.
