Practice location preferences

There are several preference settings for practice locations.

To change preferences for practice locations

1.   From the File menu, click Utilities.

The Preferences dialog box appears.

2.   Set up the following preferences:

On the Practice tab

·        Default Practice Information - Type the name, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, tax ID, bank information and account number, e-claims site code, license number, TransFirst Merchant ID, and other bank information for the default practice location (the location with ID # 1).

·        Logo - Scroll down to the Logo information and click the Locate button to browse for and select a logo graphic for the reports generated from the practice locations. You can import the following types of files: JPEG Files (*.JPG), Bitmap Files (*.BMP), and Windows MetaFile (*.WMF). A preview of the logo you select appears below Logo on Reports. You can click the Remove button to clear any previous selection.

3.   Click Ok.
