Combining duplicate insurance profiles

If there are duplicate insurance profiles in the Insurance Profiles window, you can combine the profiles into one profile.

To combine profiles

1.   From the File menu, click Insurance Profiles.

The Insurance Profiles window appears.

2.   Click Combine.

3.   In the list on the left and the list on the right, select the plans you want to combine.

Tip: To filter either list, type part of the insurance plan name in the Filter Results list.

4.   Click Next.

5.   After viewing the list of Patients Affected, click Finish to combine the two plans.

A message appears and asks if you want to delete the empty profile

6.   Click Yes to delete the empty profile or No to leave the empty profile in the table of insurance profiles.
