Adding and editing regions

A region is a group of one or more practice locations. You can have more than one region. You can add and edit regions as needed.

To add or edit a region

1.   From the File menu, click Regions.

The Regions window appears.

2.   Do one of the following:

·        To add a region, click Add.

·        To edit an existing region, select a region, and then click Edit.

The Edit Region dialog box appears.

3.   Set up the following options:

·        Region - Type the name of the region. This field has a limit of 50 characters.

·        Description - Type a description for the region.

·        Contact - Type the First Name and Last Name of the contact person for the region. The first name field has a limit of 20 characters. The last name field has a limit of 30 characters.

·        Address - Type the street address, city, state, and ZIP Code of the region. Each of the street address fields has a limit of 50 characters. If you double-click in the ZIP Code field to select and paste in a postal code, the city and state fields will be populated automatically.

4.   Click OK.
