Routing Slips

To print routing slips, select Print. In the For which date box, enter the date of the patients' appointments to determine which slips are included. You can also include family and treatment plan information by selecting Include Family Info and Include Tx Plan, respectively. Treatment-planned procedures attached to an appointment on the For which date specified will be printed if the Include Tx Plan check box is selected. Select the option that corresponds to how you want to sort the routing slips: by Column (Chair) , by Time, or by Name.
