Other referrer reports

You can run other referrer reports.

To run the reports

1.   From the File menu, click Referrers.

The Referrers window appears.

2.   Select the referrer whose record you want to view.

3.   Click Edit.

The Edit Referrer dialog box appears.

4.   In the Report section on the left pane, click a link to run the desired report:

·        Statistics Report - Click this link to view the Referrer Statistical Report for the referrer, which displays production, percentage of production, new patients, percentage of new patients, percentage of teeth, and number of teeth. Also, the report is broken down by provider and month. Then, these statistics can be compared to the previous two years. Finally, the end of the report displays all of the combined statistics broken down by month and year.

·        List - Click this link to view the Referrer Patient List Report, which displays a list of patients referred by the referrer. When a message appears and prompts you to show patient balances on the report, click Yes or No to include or not include patient balances, respectively.

·        Other Reports - Click this link to open the Referrer Reports dialog box. See "Referrer reports" for more information.

5.   When you are finished, close the Edit Referrer dialog box.
