Post-op call
Patients are added to the Post-op Calls List automatically if a posted procedure from the fee schedule has post-operative notes attached.
To add a patient to the Post-op Call List
1. In a patient’s Patient Information Center, on the Control Panel, under Actions, from the Other menu, click Post-Op Call.
The Make Post-op Call Tickler dialog box appears.
2. Type the text for the post-op call tickler.
3. Type the number of the provider who performed the treatment on the patient in the Call to be made by provider field.
4. Enter the date the post-op call tickler is Due by highlighting the month, day, or year and increasing or decreasing the value.
5. Click OK.
