Deleting recalls

You can delete a recall attached to a patient. The recall is deleted only from that patient. Any appointments with the deleted recall attached will still have that recall attached after removing the recall from the patient.

To delete a recall

1.   On the Appointments tab, select a recall type.

2.   Click Delete.

A confirmation message appears.

3.   Click Yes.
