Consolidated notes

You can use a consolidated notes window to view, search, and print contact notes, progress notes, ClinicalVision notes, special notes, and reminder notes.

Note: You can’t add notes in this area—you can only view, search, and print them.

To view consolidated notes

1.   Do one of the following:

·        In the Patient Information Center, under Actions, click Consolidated Notes.

·        From ClinicalVision, click the Consolidated Notes button on the toolbar.

The Consolidated Notes window appears.

2.   Click a tab on the left for the type of notes you want to view.

3.   Use the From and To fields to specify a date range for the notes you want to view, or click Display All to display all notes of the selected note type.

Note: You can click Hide Empty Tabs to hide any tabs that contain no notes.
