Adding and editing received implant orders
You can add and edit implant orders that have been received.
To add or edit a received order
1. Do one of the following:
· From the File menu, point to Implants > Implant Inventory, and then click Received. The Implant Received Table window appears.
· In the Implant Center, on the Inventory tab, click the Received tab.
2. Do one of the following:
· To add a received order, click Add.
· To edit an existing received order, select a received order, and then click Edit.
The Edit Implant Received dialog box appears.
3. Select the ordered Item that was received. The Location and Confirmation number for the selected received order are displayed for your reference.
4. Enter the Lot# information:
· Lot - Type the lot number of the order that was received.
· Expiration Date - Enter the expiration date of the lot.
· Quantity - Enter the quantity of the lot received.
· Received Date - Enter the date the order was received.
5. Type any Comments regarding the received order.
6. Click OK.
