Deleting EHR treatment templates

You can delete an EHR treatment template that is not attached to any treatment for a case.

To delete a template

1.   From the File menu, point to Codes and Lists > EHR Templates, and then click Treatment.

The Treatment Templates window appears.

2.   Select a template.

3.   Click Delete.

A confirmation message appears.

4.   Click Yes.
